This is a commercial hub for the nearby upscale residential area around Sahastradhara Road in Dehradun, offering a surreal agglomeration of entertainment, retail and leisure components.

Envisaged Concept: “The Mall that shouldn't look like a Mall” was the first statement we received from our client. They wanted a state-of-the-art atmosphere that could engage the customer’s senses for them to perceive, feel, and bond better. So we created an interior where every space narrates a different story but is still connected with some fascinating static artwork unlike anywhere else. The stunning exteriors stand out yet blend into the milieu of the surreal Dehradun City giving it a competitive edge over other malls.
